Hardworking, intelligent Aerospace Engineering sophomore skilled in conflict management and team communication.
During the Engineering 1216 class, I was the CAD sub-team lead for my engineering design problem team. I modeled my prototype in CAD and worked with the manufacturing team to adjust the design.
As a grassroots referee for the Northern Virginia area, I worked with a wide range of skill levels and ages. In doing so, I dealt with many different types of people, from coaches, to parents, to team members. This experience mainly taught me conflict resolution, communication, and coordination within a team.
The Grate Patrol is a family-oriented, sandwich-making effort offering food and fellowship to people who are homeless and in need in downtown Washington. We passed out food and hygiene products on a weekly basis, and I assisted in the organizing of food and the assembly of the packages.
