- To rearranged parts to better my workspace and adapting work fluctuations throughout the year and keep workspaces organized throughout the shop.
- Invoice in parts we receive as well to return damaged, cancelled, and not needed parts. As well as part cores to gain credit.
- Increased efficiency in the parts department by implementing an improved inventory management system.
- Developed strong relationships with suppliers to take back part returns sooner than having be pushed to later and to have help with unique situations on curtain returns.
- A current "student" taking I-Car courses for estimating.
- Help customers by driving them back to their home and to create light conversations to make them feel comfortable and trusted with the company.
