Product Life Cycle (Nov 2018-February 2022)

• Ownership of Operational Excellence for all Back of House procedures. Responsible for scheduling deliveries, receiving, and processing of all shipments all while elevating UPH standards and goals.
• Set up procedures and processes to expedite product to sales floor. Partnerships with sales floor merchandising teams in ensure standards are met in all areas.

Experience (Feb 2022-Present)

• Ownership and execution of all Hiring processes; generate candidate pool, schedule and manage interviews, and support onboarding process of new hires.
• Partnerships to create and support Consumer Experience FT Team; Focusing on foundational basis of CE.
• Support of District wide Rookie Training Camps as facilitator.

• Lead team through all Grand Opening processes in Back of House; Set up foundation of Operational Excellence for both Athlete and Leadership Teams. Use of UPH goals and standards in order to track improvement.
• Ownership of all Back of House processes; Scheduling and deliveries of all shipment, processing and backstocking of product, and delivery to sales floor,
• Training, delivery, and execution of all Digital Goals; We were able to lead fleet in Nike+ Membership and Link Percentages.

• Partnership and Support when it came to all Back of House Processes; Scheduling and Receiving shipment, processing and backstocking, and partnerships to get product to sales floor.

• Support of Grand Opening process with partnerships from WHQ and store leadership. Delivery of training during Rookie Training Camp prior to grand opening. as well as post grand opening.

• Participation in Grand Opening team; receiving of product, processing, and putting together sales floor.
