I have been in the automotive business since 1990. Positions include- salesman, service advisor, service director, used car manager and general manager. My resume shows 3 different positions since 2011. They have all been for the same owner. I do not jump from store to store. I feel my success has come from personal drive, process, the leaders I have worked for, and most of all, my employees. In today's business, it is important to understand the workings of all departments to maximize profitability, growth and to have all departments working together for one common goal. My experience as a manager with Autonation and Hendrick Automotive have given me the ability to have a strong financial department while continuing to develop people, work with their strengths to achieve our objective.
