Created the Quality management program including development and implementation of Quality Management Standards. My department consisted of overall responsibility and accountability of overall Quality Assurance program, field material management, shop surveillance oversight and commissioning of all capital projects. FID amount of active projects exceeds $8 billion. The portfolio of projects include Natural Gas, CO2, Liquids, Waste Heat to Power and Power Plants to feed data centers.

  • Manage final construction documentation, auditing and permanent archiving of documentation.
  • Considered an SME in the fields of Construction which include I &E, Pipe and Welding, I am a member of the Engineering Council and Terminals Action Decision Committee.
  • My group manages regulatory construction documentation required of our projects. I am accountable for preparing the construction documentation for regulatory audits and presenting to regulatory agency.
  • Created and implemented the Terminals Inspector CBT program. Contract inspectors test out on their knowledge of Kinder Morgan's Construction and O&M standards.
  • I am involved in projects from a Construction Management and Quality perspective including development / feed stage through AFE submittal, construction, commissioning, and closure packages.
  • Review Drawing packages from Engineering prior to going to IFC.
  • Review submittals from third party vendors from constructability and quality perspective.
  • Work with Procurement and Project management to ensure that Bid Package's scopes of work to vendors and third parties meet company quality requirements.
  • Help review bids to ensure completeness and necessary quality requirements were included.
