Part of the ground floor development of the capital projects group for Tallgrass Energy. Created the Quality management program including development and implementation of Quality Management Standards. My department consisted of overall responsibility and accountability of overall Quality Assurance program, field material management, shop surveillance oversight and commissioning of all capital projects. FID amount of active projects exceeds $8 billion. The portfolio of projects include Natural Gas, CO2, Liquids, Waste Heat to Power and Power Plants to feed data centers.

• Part of Corporate Centralized Support Group including Engineering, Drafting, Procurement, Right of Way, Project Controls, Estimating, Project and Construction Management..
• I am one of three individuals managing all of Construction Management including Quality Assurance for all four Business units.
• Manage Construction Management and Quality Assurance of Terminals, CO2 and portion of Products Pipeline Business Units Projects.
• I also manage commissioning of Terminals and assigned Products projects.
• For Terminals Group, i also manage Sustaining Capital Projects Construction Management and Quality Assurance Programs. This includes Tank Integrity Inspection Team along with inspection of Integrity projects.
• My group consists of 11 direct Kinder Morgan Construction Managers and group of approximately 12 embedded Contract Construction Managers and lead inspectors. We then hire approximately 50 contract inspectors to support projects as required. This number fluctuates with number of active projects.
• Manage final construction documentation, auditing and permanent archiving of documentation.
• Considered an SME in the fields of Construction which include I &E, Pipe and Welding, I am a member of the Engineering Council and Terminals Action Decision Committee.
• My group manages regulatory construction documentation required of our projects. I am accountable for preparing the construction documentation for regulatory audits and presenting to regulatory agency.
• Created and implemented the Terminals Inspector CBT program. Contract inspectors test out on their knowledge of Kinder Morgan's Construction and O&M standards.
• I am involved in projects from a Construction Management and Quality perspective including development / feed stage through AFE submittal, construction, commissioning, and closure packages.
• Review Drawing packages from Engineering prior to going to IFC.
• Review submittals from third party vendors from constructability and quality perspective.
• Work with Procurement and Project management to ensure that Bid Package's scopes of work to vendors and third parties meet company quality requirements.
• Help review bids to ensure completeness and necessary quality requirements were included.

• Managed team of Kinder Morgan Construction Managers and contract CM's / Inspection teams to manage the Construction and Quality of all Terminals Major Projects including Sustaining capital expansion.
• Managed the construction Quality documentation along with the auditing and permanent archiving.
• Managed commissioning of projects and hand off to operations.
• Managed and led group that wrote Terminals Inspection Quality Assurance Manual.
• Member of Committee that reviews company O&M's, Engineering and Design along with Construction Standards.
• Reviewed Engineering drawings and documents to ensure that the quality program / process was being followed.

• Part of team to develop Project Quality Report (Non -Conformance Report) Process and Implementation.
• Managed the Construction Management and Quality of Terminals Business Unit Projects.
• Managed commissioning of projects along with Pre-startup Safety Reviews and turnover to operations.
• Took over the management of Terminals Construction Management and Quality Assurance program in 2010.
• Reviewed and part of approval process of vendor ITP's and FAT tests.
• Involved in projects from front end loading to constructability/quality reviews to implementation and commissioning.

• Construction Manager on assigned Terminals BU major projects.
• Managed the quality and commissioning of assigned projects.
• Identified and resolved construction and quality issues promptly to prevent delays.
• Developed and Implemented QA plan to coordinate with contractors quality control plan. Develop auditing process and hold points.
• Keep project sites and documentation compliant with different regulatory requirements to prevent any unnecessary risks or audit findings.
• Planned and implemented comprehensive construction schedule to stay within planned schedule and budget.

• Managed the Contract Inspection group for Pipeline and Facilities projects.
• Clients included Shell Oil Pipeline, Buckeye Pipeline and El Paso Natural Gas Pipeline.
• Responsibilities included overall construction and quality responsibility.

• Client was Dupont Chemicals.
• Managed Capital Expansion and OPEX - Sustaining Capital projects at Dupont Chemicals location in Laplace, Louisiana and at Sulfuric acid plant in Burnside, Louisiana.
• Responsible for front end loading working with Engineering and Projects Control.
• Perform Design reviews from a constructability and quality perspective.
• Project Superintendent became a field engineer position representing Dupont and reporting directly to the Major Projects Director.
