I'm a driven self-starter with a proven track record in customer relationship building and the ability to close.
At Performance Foodservice, I was a finalist for the Circle of Excellence on four different occasions and once lost by the closest race in division history, a mere $1,000 in gross profit. Just being a finalist for the Circle of Excellence meant you were among the top 2 percent of all Performance Foodservice area managers. At my departure, I had built a 2.5 million dollar territory basically from scratch.
At US Foodservice, I was handed a 1 million dollar sales territory and transformed it into a 5 million dollar plus route. My efforts were rewarded with the Salesperson of the Year award in 2005, and in 2008 the runner-up Salesperson of the Year award. Additionally, I was a President's Club recipient in 10 out my almost 15 years with the company.
I am currently self employed and have been for the past couple years. I offer landscaping and painting services around the Asheville area.
I have around 20 landscaping clients in Asheville that allow me to take care of their properties. Most of these properties are million dollar homes. Additionally I have painted many Air B&B interiors and a several exteriors.
It can be quite lucrative as I did an extensive staining job that paid over $20,000 for about a month's worth of work. But the hurricane that recently passed has decimated the local Air B&B industry and the painting and landscaping jobs that goes with it.
