Handle new hire training and safety. Manage anywhere from 5 to 11 painting crews. Manage progress of new employees and letting go of those who don't work out. Make sure crews have everything needed for the job at hand. Make sure crew leaders understand the scope of the job as well as having a well thought out plan of execution. Make sure plan of execution is being followed and that job is finished in a timely fashion. Establishing good communication with the customer, keeping them up to date with the project and making sure that they are happy with the work.
