Make sure crews have everything needed for the job at hand. Make sure crew leaders understand the scope of the job as well as having a well thought out plan of execution. Make sure plan of execution is being followed and that job is finished in a timely fashion. Establishing good communication with the customer, keeping them up to date with the project and making sure that they are happy with the work.
