• Current Projects: Migration of 477 Boomi processes from Boomi's MCS Cloud environment to our own redundant instance of Azure (EUS2 & CUS).
• We did a complete data migration using the Boomi API migration approach to our new AtomSphere environment using ANF as our storage.
• As part of the project, I am also writing the Technology Resilience Plan.
• Oracle Integration Cloud migration from GEN2 to GEN3 as part of standard Oracle Maintenance.
• We built 12 new Oracle Cloud Infrastructure environments (4 DEV, 4 QA & 4 Prod) and started the migration of 1737 integration from OIC GEN2 to the new OIC GEN3 environments; completed 2 months early and $246,000 under budget.

• Developed and spearheaded the implementation of a comprehensive enterprise security strategy, encompassing infrastructure, network switches, firewalls, disaster recovery, and endpoint protection.
• Implemented a robust cybersecurity strategy across the entire environment.
• Conducted thorough reviews and assessments of architecture design, implementation, testing, and deployment to identify project requirements and costs
• Led the deployment of VMware, consolidating virtual machines and servers.
• Implemented Manage Engine Service Desk Plus and Desktop Central, aligning with the ITIL framework to establish workstation and server patching.

• Managed IT operations and a $2.5M budget for the Cancer Institute servicing five main campus buildings, five regional locations and two 'Standalone' centers.
• Lead a direct staff of 11 employees supporting 1500+ Desktop Users, 3000+ Devices, three small data centers, and multiple department specific Healthcare applications.
• Manage the institutes IT project portfolio, client-server applications, enterprise architecture, disaster recovery and business continuity plan as well as a member of the steering committee.
• Led integration of two acquisitions, three affiliations and created Standard Operating Procedures for future acquisitions and affiliations.
• Continually evolved the IT Infrastructure environment by designing, supporting, and managing of our Application/Infrastructure Disaster Recovery.

Responsible for 82 Engineering Labs throughout four regions.

• Developed engineering lab standards including domain controllers, routers, switches, and standardized firewall rule sets to keep the interaction between the lab and production networks at a minimum.
• Led a team of 8 Information Technology employees that support over 3500 engineers including desktop support, PC refresh, change management, source control and development build environments.
• Led engineering specific business applications migration to SAP including change management.
• Member of our Server Team – As a member of our server team I am responsible for O/S troubleshooting Server Issues (Hardware & Software) as well Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Terminal Services to list a few.
• Led the virtualization of 60% of our engineering test environment and improve delivery time of a test server from 3 days to under 4 hours.
• Member of the SAP transition team for Engineering IT and primary support for our environment.
