Rough and trim for the entire plumbing system. Testing and working with the city for inspection.

Improvement projects on existing buildings for the Pasadena Unified School District, and other commercial and residential buildings. Examples include copper re-pipes, underground drainage for both slab and raised foundations. And Adu-compliant bathroom additions.

Reactive maintenance for existing clients, including water main replacement, leaking faucets, and fixtures. Local blockages. Garbage disposals, water heater breakdowns, ejector pumps.

Initially assisting the journeyman plumber, but also working independently. Installing copper lines up to 2 inches. Cutting and threading steel pipe for a medium-pressure gas system up to 2 inches. Installing commercial hot water systems. Rough and trim for commercial kitchen/food preparation sinks, floor sinks, separate sewer lines for black water, and grease interceptors.

Working in a pair on a fraternity house new build; rough and trim using PEX for water systems, and cast iron for DWV. Fusion weld technique for poly gas lines.

My own company, in England. I started while in trade school, delivering 12-15 renovation projects per year, as well as reactive plumbing calls and installations. A very busy and rewarding time.
