- Operate as the lead point of contact for a portfolio of schools with above-average complexity or strategic value, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships and client trust.
- Work directly with the client to plan and implement upcoming projects and initiatives
Establish regular client check-ins and oversee all support needs for the client portfolio to ensure client satisfaction - Use knowledge of the system to provide technical support and workflow consulting to clients as needed
- Manage and prioritize ongoing projects across multiple clients at one time
- Collaborate with technical support, module consultants, support engineering, and the implementation teams to meet client needs
- Curate client-specific documentation for workflows and customizations and make regular contributions to a general knowledge base to ensure seamless support within the company
- Provide direct client training as needed
