I am a motivated and rational thinker, always trying to make the best plan for the goals that lie ahead. I make mistakes, and have faults, but I always willing to change and learn for the better.
This was my first job from when turned 14, it was my family's restaurant. I started by helping on the fryer and washing the dishes, eventually moved to the grill, quarterback, and cashier. I learned all the tricks of the trade, and did a lot of cleaning as well.
I learned many skills from this job, from residential unit upkeep, to basics of framing and drywalling. My main duties were typically fixing and upkeep residential units, drywall fixes, painting, appliance installation, and more.
I was the first shift leader on the line of the a new lactation that was opening. My main responsibilities revolved around the line, ensuring quality, and affective service through food inspection, job delegation, and quality assurance, because every taco passed though me before the floor.
My priorities revolved around the line, and everything to do on it, grilling, baking, or boiling, also spent a lot of time in the prep kitchen as well, preparing for service.
My most important goal was to ensure that customers had a good time, my biggest skill here was being personable, and someone that understood the needs and wants of the people I was serving.
I used a variety of power tools to install hardwood and lament flooring, making measurements and working long hours. A good portion of the job was also customer reflations, making sure their visions became reality.
My job is to aid to running of the basic operations of the business, cooking, prepping, cleaning, money handling.
