Summary

I've been in the fire service for 15 years and have held many key positions. I'm highly motivated and always looking for ways to improve my skill set and also keeping the team motivated while trying to improve the department and keep moral high in a great work environment. Over my career with both Kroger and the fire service, I've had the privilege to be in many roles that have molded me into an effective leader while working with small projects/small budgets or large scale with tight deadlines. It has given me the knowledge and ability to manage and coordinate teams and budgets to make the jobs safe and effective while prioritizing deadlines. With my training and knowledge from my overall career of the past 25 years, I believe I would be a great asset to the Haywood County Fire Department as Fire Lieutenant. I would love to have the opportunity to assist the Chief and team build a great fire department.
