As a Tech 2 Spare Hand Wrapper Operator my primary responsibility is to support paper machine operation. This entails roll preparation and crane operation. As a Tech 2 I am in charge of two wrapper machines which package the finished product. As a Wrapper Operator, I am responsible for basic maintenance. I also use pallet jacks and a scissor lift.

I maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and reducing accidents.

I'm skilled in using hand tools skillfully to complete tasks accurately and efficiently, minimizing material waste and rework.

As a Crew Lead for Ion Solar, I was responsible for residential solar installation from start to finish. This included the ability to interpret and implement CAD schematics, re-design, on-site construction, material requirements, and equipment testing of operational systems. As a crew lead I implemented safety protocols, per job specific, to reduce workplace accidents and ensure the safety of my crew. I discussed daily work requirements with my crew and assigned skills-based tasks to enable completion of work. I trained employees in time management and proper ways to complete job duties.

I monitored team members to verify work quality and address concerns. I communicated effectively with upper management, installers, journeyman electricians and customers to keep everyone informed. Primary requirements also included the ability to lift 50 lbs of various materials and tools, while climbing a ladder on a variety of roof surfaces.

As an EMT-B I was proficient in ambulance operation in emergency and non-emergency situations. I applied patient care within the New Mexico state scope of practice through written and online (MCEP) protocols. I conducted initial vitals, comfort care, charting and reporting. I facilitated seamless handoffs to between higher skill level providers and hospital staff through comprehensive documentation and verbal reports of patient care provided during transport. I managed stressful situations calmly under pressure while maintaining composure to provide the best care possible for patients experiencing traumatic events. I assisted paramedics with advanced life support interventions when necessary, acting as an integral part of the emergency response team.

As an EMT within the Bernalillo County Detention Center, I facilitated medical and psychological evaluations of inmates to determine SI (suicidal ideation) and HI (homicidal ideation.) I worked with psychiatrists, Tele-Psych and correctional staff.

I recorded and wrote comprehensive documentation and verbal reports of patient care. I evaluated patient vital signs and status to determine care needs using pulse oximeters and electronic vitals sign machines. I managed stressful situations calmly under pressure while maintaining composure to provide the best care possible for patients in custody.
