Work with teams to resolve complex problems, including Hardware Engineers, operation technicians, and Management regarding timelines/milestones.

Mentoring lower level Technicians on solder techniques, troubleshooting and best practices.

New product bring-up including circuit analysis, O-scope captures, Logic Analyzer captures, archiving findings, communicating issues with urgency to team members and searching for solutions independently.

Utilizing TeamCenter and access to Schematics and Prints to resolve issues without guidance.

Analyzing communication paths such as RS-232, 1553, SPY bus, CAN bus, GPIB, and Xilinx/Altera programming pods.
