• Established and collaborated more than 40 medical evacuations to Landstuhl, Germany during a 12-month period.
• Processed more than 240 in the line of duty injury packets obtaining approval of 99 per cent of all injury investigations in a 12-month period.

Supported all aspects of the Commander's Readiness Program to achieve and maintain the maximum level of Soldier medical and dental readiness; coordinated and tracked the provision of MHA (Medical Health Assessment) assessment activities; advises the Commander on appropriate courses of action for medical remediation, reassignment and/or medical separation or retirement; facilitated all required medical or administrative functions with the goal of "return to duty" status for all Soldiers;

• Organized and directed all Brigade Soldier Readiness Processing (SRP) for more than 1,200 Soldiers annually
