Summary

Experienced in mental health work and have worked alongside many individuals ranging from Autism, Down Syndrome, Schizophrenia, ADHD and more. I approach my work with compassion and empathy and have strong feelings towards helping individuals with special needs in any way I possibly can as I strongly believe they deserve the same opportunities and treatment as anyone else and I strive to achieve this ethos. Additionally I have dealt with numerous behaviours from individuals and have found throughout my previous job roles effective ways to try and deescalate and negate these negative behaviours to the very best of my ability.
