  • Manage and oversee entire laboratory and responsible for all aspects of the laboratory including QC, ICP, XRF, Wet Chemistry, Fire Assay, Maintenance, and all lab personnel.
  • Responsible for ISO 17025 accreditation and method development. New methods accredited: Cu via titration in copper concentrates, Ag and Au via Fire Assay in copper concentrates, PGM concentrates for Ag, Au, Ir, Pd, Pt, Rh, Ru, and Ir/Ru cements.
  • Manage all 100+ methods at Ledoux & Co and spearheaded all round robins with Johnson Matthey, Heraeus Germany, Aurubis, Umicore, BHP, Freeport McMoran, and many more.
  • Increased revenue of the lab: 2022 by 23.4%, 2023 by 34.2%, 2024 by 27.0% compared to 2021 (before joining company).
  • Responsible for all laboratory expenses and decreased expenses 1.5% year after year by building relationships with suppliers and mining for less expensive reagents and supplies without compromising quality.
  • Re-wrote all Ledoux methods that were outdated and not ISO 17025 compliant.
  • Spearheaded and responsible for moving entire lab to new location and verifying all equipment perform up to standard at new location including all furnaces, electronic hot plates, ovens, ICP-OES, and XRF.

  • XRF method development increased turnaround time from 54% on time delivery to 93% on time delivery which directly affected the increase in samples.
