James Harley Davis

I am a highly dependable, instinctive and motivated individual seeking to enhance a thriving company. I have experience in heavy equipment and any diesel-powered equipment. In the Marine Corps I was trained and excelled in keeping a wide range of diesel operated machines in service and in the widest range of environments. I also had to lead and teach fellow Marines in a war time environment that would translate to any high intensity workplace now. I was a Noncommissioned officer in charge of training, managing and keeping the utmost respect for standards for the junior Marines in my platoon. I have management in the civilian world as well that translated to hiring, training and overseeing projects that applied within my profession. At RCS transportation I was the terminal manager that maintained a safe and productive environment. I am currently the Warehouse/Materials manager for a very great and reputable company that strives in the commercial construction field. I order materials needed for each job and logistically plan for arrival and departure of all installation materials and machinery used to perform the task. (i.e. Floor grinder, large vacuum machine, buffing machines, trowel machines and mixers.)
