I love this profession. I have spent two thirds of my life cooking for a living, it is most definitely my passion. I started my career in Ashland Oregon and for the past thirty odd years have worked with, and learned from some of Oregon's best chefs. I feel I could be a strong asset to any kitchen that would be willing to take me on.
