Within this role, i’m tasked with conducting individual and/or family psychotherapy as indicated by diagnosis and individualized treatment plan. I complete comprehensive assessment of psychiatric history to include the totality of their lives. In collaboration with clients, I develop an individual treatment plan and provide ongoing assessment of clients' co-occurring symptoms and clients' response to treatment to makes appropriate changes in treatment plans to ensure immediate and appropriate interventions are provided in response to changes in mental status or behavior which put clients at risk.
