My main priority is managing and leading a group of Account Managers that are accountable for in-store execution through a set group of key customers. I am also responsible for coaching and developing their respective team and working closely with the Divisional Sales Director. I am accountable for driving distribution initiatives and tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through a set group of key customers.
