As an driver for Waste Management I've Driven Manual Side-load, Rear-load, Roll-off, Box Truck (medical waste & Totter delivery/repair), Tractor trailer, I've also trained in Front-load but never ran a route. I've trained dozens of drivers to safely drive and operate company equipment in order to service our customers. I also have gone out to help other sites as a member of the Green team.

I started a small trucking company with two partners, our main customer was Sleepy's. We subcontracted their mattress delivery, running four routes that ran six days a week. My personal responsibilities were to route the trucks, manage the drivers, and helpers.

I started as a temp. worker in the Brazing Dep. but shortly after that trained in the Repair Dep. after impressing the Department Head. Less than a year after starting there I became the 3rd shift Supervisor. My duties consisted of assigning work, managing supplies, and quality control.
