  • Responsibilities include accurately counting, weighing, bagging, labeling, and boxing a diverse array of Click Bond parts and components.
  • Conduct routine maintenance checks on material handling equipment to ensure optimal functioning throughout daily operations.
  • Verify documentation and condition of components to assure quality standards were achieved. When necessary use precise measuring tools.(micrometers, calipers) comparing parts in hand to engineering drawings.
  • Receive into stock room and distribute components using FIFO. First in first out principles.
  • Insure that all prior steps in work center chain have been completed and documented in both computer and on work orders.
  • Verify that lot and part numbers match on all orders paying particular attention to multi-lot orders where there is greater potential for errors.
  • Receive parts into stockroom and accurately document location, quantities and lot numbers.
  • Place parts into the correct stock room location or rout them to the next work center or to shipping for outside processing.
  • Continually monitoring E-mail and Teams messages for any additional tasks that need to be done or orders that were not in the work center detail.
  • Message and coordinate with planners and engineers regarding problems with orders, lot numbers or missing parts.
  • Visualy inspect all parts for defects and check all orders for F.O.D. Any F.O.D found is set aside documented and placed in a special recepticle and reported to the supervisor.
  • Checking-in the computer system for orders needing to be issued
  • Printing orders and issuing parts to the next work center
  • Verifying the counts from the previous work center, bagging, and labeling parts to be sent for outside processing.
  • Distribute parts between 7 different buildings using an electric cargo Truck.
  • Receive in bar stock, clean, label, and put it in the correct stockroom location and document counts and lot numbers.
  • Participate in any other tasks needed including helping producton and shipping.
