Accomplishments

During my time with ACTS,

I started as a member of the Sanitation Crew before moving to Cook and eventually to Receiver. I have worked in all positions at one time or another, starting with Dishpit, prep and line cook positions, as well as in the Bistro, and OBT when needed. I know the in's and out's of the East culinary department better than most.
