Installing sub-flooring, drywall, mud and tape ,panting, cabinets, trim work, building of tables and shelves , demo of old roof and revamping of new roof, working independently or supervision of small crew.

• Changing out ballasts; revamp light system; installing and running conduit and wires; light switches and order materials. Operation man-lifts in close courtier. 

• Forming and pouring concrete; changing out A/C systems; remodel exterior buildings; erecting metal buildings and building man-camps. Maintenance of tools and small engines. Operated a terrain telescoping forklift, backhoe, skid steer and tractor.

• Direct communication with owners, contractors and architects required.
• High-end custom home construction and renovation; tile setting, demolition; pick-up and delivery of material; remodel and original construction; oversight of crews from one to seven employees.
• Responsible for completing complex contracts on time and within budget.
