Locate missing freight, document overage, shortage, and damaged from customers, dock terminals. Get disposition from 3rd party, or customers for freight. Performed dock checks for missing freight. Excellent customer service to answer phone calls, emails and work tickets. Create bills to move freight to customers. Bill reconsignment, returns, after dispositions Handled the consolidation, recoup and dispositions of hazardous materials that are damaged in transit. Including getting all Hazardous Material Data Sheets to properly move to be in compliance of all DOT regulations.
