The specific office I work in with the Oklahoma Supreme Court is the Administrative Office of the Courts in the MIS division. We are tasked with security and maintaining all of the state and municipal court networks. To do so, we employ the help of various dedicated monitoring tools, and utilize what tools are made available through the systems we already have in-place.

• Implemented new security measures for mitigation of various methods of attack.
• Analyzed the network, new software implementations, and security related alerts for vulnerabilities present on our network, and remediated them.
• Automated various internal security related processes with Powershell and Python.
• Helped in analyzing and implementing NIST 800-53 security protocols, as well as other security related procedures necessary for cybersecurity insurance and other compliance-related needs.

R.K. Black Inc. is a Managed Service Provider. Working with them has consequently allowed me to gain a wide variety of experience with various systems such as Microsoft Azure, Powershell, Exchange, Office365, Datto, VMWare, Cisco Meraki, 3CX and many other solutions.

• Handle internal IT problems as they come in, ranging from general copier issues to firewall configurations and everything in between.
• Assist with the client-facing Managed Network Services side of the company as needed. This includes interacting with a large array of different software, systems and technologies.
• Develop and maintain policies and procedures for internal cyber security.
• Configure and deploy networking hardware, then maintain it as necessary.

While at the NSA, I held a TS/SCI security clearance and participated in many different aspects of their mission.
Software Engineering -

• Helped in the development of RESTful APIs with Spring Framework in Java.
• Created an input-data generation tool with Thymeleaf Templates in Java to aid in development and functionality assurance of my team's product.
• Utilized development tools such as the Intellij IDEA IDE for Maven projects.

Vulnerability Research -

• Researched vulnerabilities in Windows based applications.
• Helped in development of mitigations for vulnerabilities

Intelligence Analysis -

• Analyzed SIGINT-derived intelligence to aid in creation of analytical products while complying with laws and directives.

• Helped manage network infrastructure for the City of Clinton through configuring hardware firewalls, switches, routers, wireless network bridges, server blades and web applications.
• Optimized network speed by running network cables through ceilings and attaching them to patch panels, RJ-45 cable ends, and wall jacks.
• Assisted in solving general computer issues in city hall and other local government owned or sponsored facilities.
