I am an individual that believes in teamwork. I am a team leader, that has the skill to operate and oversee departments in Commercial, Industrial, Residential and Small Container Delivery. I deal with drivers, dispatchers, management and customers on a daily basis. I am always looking for ways to improve with the drivers routes, dispatch and management. I get together with Ops Managers and talk about, how we can get better as a unit. I am also able to schedule meetings when needed with drivers, management and or dispatch to discuss, whatever needs to be addressed at the time and be on the same page.
I have been with Republic services for 25 plus years. 20 years as a Commercial Driver and going on 6 years as an Operations Supervisor. I love to lead and make a difference here at Republic Services. I am coachable and always willing to learn to make a bigger difference each and everyday. Never afraid to ask questions.

- Manage daily operations for optimal performance, ensuring that routes are completed in a timely manner.
- Work with team to be productive by providing ongoing safety meetings, training, coaching, 1 on 1's and mentoring drivers.
- Set goals, where needed, to meet or exceed our customers expectations.
- Talk to drivers to make sure, that routes are safe to work in. Also, re-adjust routes that have unsafe conditions, that may be dangerous to our drivers and the public.
- Work with shop management and be on the same page when it comes to the availability of trucks for the next day.
- Make sure I have all routes covered for next day. Have enough drivers and enough trucks.
- See if routes need to be adjusted for balance of all routes.
