Service contract inspector for quality control and services. Do daily, seasonal, bi-annual, annual, detailed and other various types of inspections on different vendors/contractors to ensure they are doing the work stated in the scope of work for that said contract.
Performs scheduled and unscheduled inspections for different types of issues, trash in or around the airport, carpet stains, window tint, Fire Extinguishers, dumpsters to be emptied, electrical, plumbing, grounds, pavement issues, guardrails for damage, Elevator, Escalator, Moving Walkways, and baggage issues in terminal and bag basement.
Identify and document such findings and report them back to COTRs and other technical representative.
Write reports for inspections made each day, enter detailed Annual and Bi-annual inspection reports into our 226-contract shared file for documentation.
Interact with airline vendors for repairs and or issue findings.
Create action plans for projects that involve MWAA and vendors to get all types of issues completed and or resolved in a timely and effective manner.
Call or email work order requests in for such findings to be repaired or reported.
Create work orders through ATLAS app and or MAXIMO
Act as a COTR for small contracts, i have (Commercial Appliance Contract currently).
Create invoice for work completed and pay out contractor invoices for job completion and or projects at hand.
