ICQA - performing accurate inventory counts using RF scanner and other Amazon equipment; organizing pod bins while performing counts to help facilitate faster and more accurate picking, stowing and further counting of product.

Pack Singles/AFE - packing boxes, utilizing efficient use of space and occasionally determining proper box size, as needed; using various equipment, including Spoo dispenser, water activated tape dispenser and Amazon computer system.

Pick - pulling customer orders to ensure proper item picked from correct pod bin; using ARSAW station totes to proper sort/pack area; occasionally using hand scanner, as needed, to scan products or totes.

Inbound Decant - unpacking inbound cases and pallets, sorting product into totes to be delivered to stow associates; using hand scanners and RF scanners to properly associate products with the appropriate totes.

Stow - moving products from factory sealed cases and totes of decanted products, utilizing best practices to ensure product is properly matched to correct pod bins in the Amazon computer system.

Inventory Management - controlling inventory levels through cycle counts, inventory returns and coordination with Vendors, Distribution Center, Home Office and other stores; reconciling deliveries with shipping manifests; setting plan-o-grams; utilizing RF scanners and proprietary computer systems for inventory controls.

Key Holder - store opening and closing responsibilities, including cash handling and reconciliation and employee management; customer service, including assisting customers with identifying and locating correct auto parts and accessories, answering phones and resolving customer disputes.

Delivery Driver - utilizing a company vehicle for delivery of auto parts and accessories to commercial customers in a timely and professional manner; picking up returns from commercial customers for efficient processing at the store level; picking up product from local vendors for delivery to commercial customers.
