ILP Coaching Manager

  • Supervise a team of five ILP Coaches to ensure services for youth are being met
  • Maintain and manage caseload assignments between programs and case managers
  • Create and maintain community partner collaborations with organizations and service providers to ensure youth are taking advantage of all resources eligible to them
  • Attend and Coordinate Child Family Team meetings to assist with planning youth transition goals in education, housing, employment permanency etc
  • Provide oversight of supportive stipends processing, including approval of stipend requests and submission to SSA, ensuring that youth are receiving their requested stipends in a timely manner
  • Create and develop program systems and flows that ensure coaching/case management are delivered efficiently.
