- I work on hvac large and small units , boilers, chillers , mostly repair and some new installs. I went to work here starting 8/20/24. i worked as mainitance tech , i worked on a lot of different equipment , i did a lot of pm. I worked there till 2/27/26.

- I was the supervisor at a 306-unit complex. We did major and minor repairs. When I hired on there were 70 workers behind. We had them caught up by late December. In December they installed internet security in all apartments. They also installed internet thermostats. The only problem is they didn’t install the outside temp sensors that these thermostats required outdoor air temp sensors. The thermostats allowed the air conditioners to run in the middle of winter, which ruined the a/cs. so there was a bunch of units that had to be replaced.

- Oversee commercial buildings, get bids for repairs. Also took care of several heating and process boilers from low pressure to high pressure. I had as many as 15 properties at 1 time. I monitored some bms systems and responded to alarms, and also tested generators and switch gear.

Accomplishments
my biggest accomplishment was i became supervisor of the truss installation company that installed the roofs on 4 big buildings. when i started they were 3 months behind they said. the men were so fractured they could not work together as a team. A year later we finished the job on time. i got a reward from the GC. I have tried to have experience in all aspect of a building Ive worked in electrical, plumbing , hvac it seems like all my life. i am esco qualified .
