UT Level II-Inspect Composite material using Ultrasonic Techniques, forward/aft spars looking for disbonds and porosity. Tec Scan, Olympus 650, DolphiCam2, Bond Master, Raptor, and Veo+ (Sonatest) equipment used for inspection. Developing of new techniques and processes.

Established internal Ultrasonic procedures and techniques to accommodate industry/customer requirements.

Trained and certified team members to Level II UT to maintain high productivity and performance matrix.

Performed Inspections on heat treated bar stock and tubulars utilizing Immersion (ASCAN) and hand scan methods (EPOCH XT). Compression and shear wave methods used.

Magnetic Particle Inspections utilizing hand held yoke. Full body and SEA color contrast.

Experience with ISO/API audit preparation. Includes customer audits: to be an approved vendor and assisted in performing internal audits on an annual basis.

Use of measuring tools-calipers, micrometers (OD/ID), pit gages etc. for machined products.

Maintained measuring tools calibration log and ensured all tools were calibrated per internal requirements.

Inspected heat treated bar stock and tubing to internal and customer specifications Used hand scan method utilizing compression and shear waves.

Continuous customer and ISO audit preparation.

Achieved ASNT UT Level III certification.
