I work with executive leaders to align the HR Strategy with the Business Strategy, and to transform HR into a strategic business partner. My work has typically begun with a new HR cloud technology deployment and then turns into a total transformation effort. The system becomes just the tool. The real success comes from the transformation of the old, inefficient HR processes and policies to newly transformed HR Operations in support of the needs of the workforce.
