  • Produced chemicals and latex by following batch sheets. Used reactors to make custom chemicals for a variety of clients. Used a forklift on a daily basis. Made sure quality was at a high standard by working hand in hand with the lab. Used the proper PPE that was called for at each step of the batch sheet. Many chemicals were extremely dangerous, and the job in general was extremely dangerous.

  • Learned to run almost every machine in the plant. Could work in multiple locations in the plant to produce different parts. Quality and meeting rate in production were key in this job. Meet weekly schedules of different automobile parts for a variety of automobile manufacturers. I was training to be an EOL (End of Line Leader) when I moved with my supervisor up to couplings. In couplings, I ran two bending CNC machines. I had to keep the proper paperwork and make sure the correct tooling was in each machine to ensure the quality was there. I also helped other employees meet their goals for the week when I was finished with my schedule. I usually worked overtime in production to help them meet their team goals, as well.
