  • Utilized System Center Configuration Manager(SCCM) to assist my contractors, analyze, and maintain reports for the commander.
  • Managed the 11-person JNCC-A System Operations department, allocating resources to ongoing projects and enforcing deadlines.
  • Responsible for over $400,000 of sensible and expendable communications equipment. While keeping an adequate record of the item's location using Excel.
  • Work closely with the Information Assurance (IA) team to assist mitigating workstations for vulnerabilities reported by HBSS and ACAS within the entire CJOA-A.
  • Baseline and re-image workstations and laptops on all enclaves.
  • Setup workstations for new users within JNCC-A.

  • Utilized Active Directory on a day basis to fulfill day duties to include granting and taking away user's rights, adding and removing users from distribution groups and etc.
