  • Helped our store reach top 10 in all sears holding stores in scorecard for a year straight in 2017.
  • During my 5 years as an assistant store manager my department was above Protection Agreement Goal 59 out of the 60 months I was present.
  • In November of 2015 I was number 1 in all the region of more than 500 associates in sales, leads closed and margin sold. For this I won a retail value $7,000 kitchen suite.
