Work Experience

  • Directed and led the purchase and installation of Lectra automated cutting machines. After researching the productivity rate of our employees, I wrote and proved the ROI detailing TCO on a $200,000 investment, including the installation of a CAD/CAM software department for the programming needs of the Lectra. Managed a team of facilities managers and engineers to meet all requirements of electrical, plumbing and structural needs for Lectra and local code enforcement.
  • Directed and led the purchase and installation of (2) CNC Routers. Wrote and proved the ROI detailing TCO on a $250,000 investment, including the installation of a CAD/CAM software department for the programming needs of the CNC routers. Managed a team of facilities managers and engineers to meet all requirements of electrical, plumbing and structural needs for CNC production and local code enforcement.
  • Directed a complete relocation of Transformations Furniture to a new facility. Lead the Strategic Planning development prior to project design and construction. Organized, scheduled and supervised phased move and installation within a 2 month period. Coordinated and managed teams of movers, IT, telecommunications, and all personnel to move in an orderly and timely manner. Managed a team of facilities project managers and engineers to meet all requirements of electrical, plumbing and structural needs for plant production and local code enforcement.
