• 1 Million sqft. Spec Warehouse for North Point Development, oversee basin conversion, use fill to building pad and install storm and install domestic and fire water lines. New curb and asphalt. $6.9 million
• 1.1 Million sqft. Spec. Building for Kadean Construction, Oversee all site work from importing fill, storm and sanitary new water lines, fire and domestic new curb and sidewalks new parking lots. $7.2million
• Rt. 1 East bound from Rt. 13 towards Rt.1 split towards Bridge st. Oversee milling crew and install storm and new barrier, install new overhead signs and new asphalt. $2.2 Million
• 500,000 sqft. Amazon Warehouse for FCL Builders: site was a cut/fill get building pad on grade, install all UG utilities, new curb and sidewalks stone and pave. $3.8 million
