  • I have been employed with Jacksonville sheriff's office for 10 years.
  • I started out working 6 floor confinement and intake. During intake I was a certified Breath Test Officer.
  • I began working on the 6th floor confinement full time for approximately 5 years. During which time I received my Taser Instructor certification through Axon. I also received my Field training certification where I began training new recruits.
  • At the end of working the 5 years in confinement I transferred to the 4th floor open population and was assigned approximately 4 years.
  • During my time on the 4th floor I received Field Training Officer of the month and a life-saving award for conducting CPR on an unresponsive inmate.
