-Created and directed training initiatives to meet DoD standards concerning installation access control, and daily operations of a security squadron consisting of over 400 members.

-Provided monthly briefings to the installation commander and command group on back-end analytics and security concerns in regards to access control and physical security vulnerabilities.

-Performed 30 internal audit reports in accordance with DoD and Air Force directives, with over 115 discrepancies rectified.

-Provided armed security for nuclear munitions in high priority areas across the globe, as well as trained personnel on recapture and recovery operations.

-Maintained inmate logs and entered information into electronic offender record systems for regulatory monitoring.

-Processed inmate intake and re-assignment by completing paperwork, conducting searches and recording fingerprints.

-Coordinated activities with inmates to stimulate learning and skill development for life after incarceration.

-Provided guidance and counseling services to help inmates adjust to their new environment and develop life skills needed upon release from prison.

-Developed individualized treatment plans for each inmate based on assessments of their mental health needs.
