• Start up and shut down of the 1000MW combined cycle power plant

• Operate major auxiliary apparatus, including air compressors, circulating water systems, boiler water treatment systems, wastewater systems, generator cooling systems, boiler feedwater and condensate systems, as well as locally controlled electrical and mechanical equipment, Fire systems and emergency generator.

• Perform operating tests, inspections, and execute minor repairs and adjustments to assigned equipment to achieve proper operating conditions.

• Execute orders from the Control Room Operator at isolated panels for clearing equipment or making it ready for service, following detailed operating instructions and procedures.

• Conduct routine water chemistry analysis and operate Continuous Emissions Monitoring equipment to ensure compliance with environmental regulations.

• Maintain detailed and accurate logs of all operations and equipment statuses as assigned.
