- Rigged and or operated bridge cranes to lift, transfer, and position thousands of unique submarine and surface ship components (including nuclear) throughout their manufacturing processes in accordance with shipyard rigging practices and technical guidelines.

- Designed multiple devices to improve the safety and ergonomics of specific tasks and pursued their manufacture and implementation.

- Served as both an Ergonomics Team and Safety Task Team member.

- 8 years experience in all aspects of conducting Underway Replenishments (UNREP) of ships at sea in order for the fleet to maintain position for extended periods without needing to enter port. Acted as Sound-Powered Phone Talker, Signalman, Line Handler, Rigger, Winch Operator, and Rig Captain in charge of rig teams.

Experienced in rigging Cargo Booms, Anchors, Boat Davits, Boat Booms, and Ship to Ship Cargo / Fuel Stations.

- 3 years experience as a Lead Rigger at Naval Submarine Base New London. Used rigging equipment to remove submarine components for maintenance and to reinstall once completed.
