  • Worked closely with Track24 (a major customer), to deliver the latest Command, Control, Communication and Information (C4I) and Situational Awareness (SA) based documentation, covering enhancements to their Situational Command and Control (SCC), Situational Command and Control Tactical (SCCT), Falconview software and other related applications.
  • Created graphic rich templates for Roamworks sales and marketing staff, using MS Word. This allowed the staff to easily update and re-purpose the templates, on their own, using a common software product.
  • Met with developers in Bonn and in Dubai (over Skype) to report bugs I had found in the software, as well as to offer input, for overall enhancement, to the Roamworks applications.
  • Developed 54 page PowerPoint presentation on a weekend (my own time) with marketing ideas, that could be used to drive in new business.

  • Created protected MS Word templates based on MIL-STD-40051 and implemented password-protect option to protect MS Word document styles from corruption.
  • Implemented single source graphic solution (Enhanced Metafile or .emf), linking every graphic to file. This kept MS Word document size down and allowed a Macro to be run that would immediately generate a list of (linked) graphics, used in a document, for tracking purposes.
