Due to ongoing my efforts as RPPO and establishing relationships with primary vendors the USS Cleveland's ODR is now 99%. Won an Navy Commendation Medal for project performance.
  • Chaired Process Action Team investigating the cause of several safety incidents. Developed daily supervisory process to strengthen organizational training and leadership competencies. Resulted in a 40% reduction in personal injuries and accidents.
  • Directed operational test and evaluation of new/Supply arms systems for Dental Support Command; recognized as the Command’s Operational & Logistics Manager/Director of the year in 2006.
