Successful history providing small group development, conflict resolutions, fostering discipleship practices, acclimating new memberships, facilitating pastoral care/counseling, and crafting/preaching sermons to a community of believers. My experiences also include serving as an interfaith Chaplain for the Mansfield Fire Department since 2018, certified Fire Chaplain from International Fire Chaplains LLC (2021) and Prior Protestant Chaplain of the JN Webster Boy Scout Camp since 2016 - 2021.
