Repaired machinery. Machined new parts using standard machine shop equipment - milling machines, lathes, drilling machines, saws, welding(stick,mig+tig) Plasma cutting 7 oxygen fuel cutting. Made new shafts, cut keyways, broached keyways and changed bearings.

Built custom complex hydraulic systems. Fabricated these systems using welding, piping, pumps, valves, motors, sensors, tubing, couplings, wiring, schematics and testing.

As a industrial mechanic I repaired many types of heavy industrial equipment. I was involved in and repaired bearings, shafts, motors, did rigging, operated cranes, did welding, hydraulics, pneumatics and electrical systems.

This shop built Plastic Injection Molds. I was a machinist. I used all types of machine shop equipment. This included milling , grinding, lathes, saws, drilling machines, shapers ans welding equipment.
