Responsiblies

Diagnose, repair, reconditioning, overhaul and maintenance of customer and company heavy equipment and components

•Removes, disassembles, assembles, and installs components and parts

•Identify the problem and cause of failure through logical troubleshooting steps

Ordered replacement parts ensuring that parts ordered are correct and complete at time of order

•Cleans, repairs, reconditions, and maintains equipment and components

•Tests, measures, and adjusts engine and machine systems and components

•Prepares, inspects and operates machines prior to delivery

•Keeps up to date with developments in tooling, technologies and systems

•Prepares accurate and complete service reports timely

•Ability to perform basic repairs and required maintenance using special tools and equipment following Technical Manual procedures and protocols

•Proficient knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems used in the repair of agricultural and turf equipment

•Ability to operate vehicles and equipment used for diagnostic purposes

•Performs basic diagnostics, service repairs and maintenance work on customer and/or dealer-owned agricultural and turf equipment

Participates in Service Training programs required for the development of skills and knowledge

•Maintained current knowledge of New Holland and competitive products

•Maintains condition of vehicles, inventory, tools and equipment

•Maintains a clean work area and performs work in a neat and orderly fashion

•Follows all safety rules and regulations in performing work assignments

•Completes all reports and forms required in conjunction with work assignments

Repaired and maintained equipment and building operations including ready-mix plant and other miscellaneous heavy duty equipment.

Operate front-end loader, forklift, skid loader, man lift & other equipment used in maintenance procedures.

• Weld and cut on equipment when necessary.
• Performed regular preventative maintenance on ready-mix plant, conveyor, mixer, loader, etc. such as oiling, greasing, and changing filters.
• Performed building maintenance
• Inspected plant for necessary maintenance and complete repairs as assigned
• Performed all tasks in a safe manner.
• Performed metal fabrication for plant operations.
• Electrical and pneumatic knowledge

Responsibilities

•Ability to read, write and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos

•Gathers and positions materials and parts according to Assembly documentation or verbal instruction

•Fastens parts together with bolts, screws, speed clips, rivets, or other fasteners

•Uses and operates various pneumatic, electrical, and manual hand tools

•Reports any issues with product or equipment to the department lead
