Customer Service Leader

- Responsible for supervising the floor operations, including responsibilities such as planning breaks and meals for employees, cashiering and bagging when needed, organizing bottle return drop offs, operating the customer service kiosk to provide refunds, money orders and lottery services.

- Responsible for counting money and handing back proper change as a cashier. Package every item with care to ensure it reaches the customers home safely and bag items accordingly such as hot items all bagged together and cold items bagged together separately. As a customer service associate I was responsible for gathering carts and organizing bottle returns as well as assisting customers with any requests. As a customer service leader I was supervising the floor and helping associates with any customer requests and in charge of planning and distributing the employee break and mealtimes. Training new hires on various roles within the company on the standard practice operating procedures.
