I am a K-12 school District Maintenance Technician who specializes in locksmith and carpentry. I am assigned to a K-5 grade school where I am responsible for all general maintenance and preventive maintenance. In addition, it is my responsibility to attend to the doors, locks and keys of the districts other 9 buildings. I am proud of my ability to stay focused and organized in a busy environment. I am able to prioritize my work load in a way that assures my day goes efficiently and produces a quality outcome. To help with organization I have developed a new key assignment and distribution system that eliminates paper, and auto fills a master key log spread sheet that is also divided in to each individual building.
